put on-line?
New items are posted at least on a monthly basis...if you would like to be alerted via email of all new design postings, please sign up for The Manic Monday Newsletter on the main page. 4. Is the jewelry gift ready? All jewelry is shipped in a white box with cotton padding and adorned with a bright pink tulle and ribbon bow. Each piece has a tag attached and prices are never included. If you are sending the jewelry as a gift and would like to include a note, please send an email or simply include it in the comments with your order. 5. What if I want a design in
another size? 6. I own/work at/know of the perfect store to carry your goods...how do I get your goods there? Please visit the wholesale page if you would like Manic Trout items to be sold in your store either brick and mortar or online. 7. I just received my necklace and it is everything I dreamed it would be...except its too small. What do I do now? A major goal of Manic Trout is to make things that people can actually use as intended so if your necklace is too short please contact me and the item can be exchanged for a better fitting one, exchange it for another item or refund your money. 8. Who gets charged sales tax? NY residents are charged sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout, the rest of you are off the hook! 9. Are all of your items hand made? Yes indeedy! They are all made by my own two hands. Please understand that the hand made nature of my products means that there may be slight differences between two of the same items. 10. What do you charge for shipping? Shipping costs in the US are as follows: $2.50 for up to $30 via First Class
Mail Shipping costs for Canada are as follows: $4.50 for up to $100 via First Class
Mall International Orders: If you would prefer UPS, FedEx, 2-Day or Overnight please contact me and a revised invoice will be sent to you with the adjusted price. Note: Large paintings will cost more to ship based on size and insurance. A shipping estimate will be sent when the order is received. 11. Do you accept returns and exchanges? Returns may be made within 10 days of purchase, with the item in its original condition, including tags. A refund, exchange or credit are all available with returns. Returns are not accepted on custom pieces. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. Please contact me before sending back a return to receive further information. 12. Your studio must be filled with on going projects and cool things to look at, can I come and see you there and check it all out? You sure can, please check out the contact page to make a private appointment or come to one of the monthly open studios!
